About the Role
Krishna Academy is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused PGT Physics Teacher to teach senior secondary classes and help students build a strong conceptual understanding of Physics. This role is ideal for an educator who can make complex concepts easy, engaging, and exam-oriented.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Teaching & Academic Excellence
- Teach Physics to Classes 11th and 12th as per CBSE curriculum
- Explain concepts with practical examples and real-life applications
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions
🔹 Student Development
- Guide students for board exams and competitive exams
- Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Provide individual attention to improve performance
🔹 Lab & Practical Work
- Conduct Physics practicals and lab experiments
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment
- Prepare students for practical examinations
🔹 School Coordination
- Coordinate with academic team and management
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and academic meetings
- Maintain student progress records and reports
✅ Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Physics + B.Ed.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
- Fresh talented candidates with strong subject knowledge may also apply

- CBSE board teaching experience preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
