Krishna Academy is inviting applications from qualified and enthusiastic TGT Teachers for Middle and Secondary classes. We are looking for subject-competent educators who can build strong academic foundations, maintain discipline, and actively contribute to students’ overall development.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach allotted subjects to Classes VI–X as per board/ school guidelines.
• Prepare structured lesson plans and conduct interactive classes.
• Use activity-based and concept-focused teaching methods.

🔹 Assessment & Student Progress

• Prepare tests, worksheets, and question papers.
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain academic records.
• Identify slow learners and plan remedial support.

🔹 Classroom Management & Mentoring

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Guide students academically and behaviorally.
• Communicate with parents during PTMs when required.

🔹 Academic & School Responsibilities

• Complete syllabus on time and follow academic planning.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, events, and school activities.
• Support examinations, duties, and co-curricular programs.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject
• B.Ed mandatory
• Minimum 1–3 years teaching experience preferred
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
