🏫 About the Role
Krishna Academy is seeking enthusiastic, disciplined, and skilled Sports Teachers to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and an active lifestyle among students. The Sports Teacher will train students in various indoor and outdoor games, organize sports activities, and support the overall sports culture of the school.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sports Training & Physical Education
- Conduct regular sports and physical training periods.
- Train students in indoor and outdoor games (e.g., football, cricket, kho-kho, kabaddi, athletics, badminton, yoga, etc.).
- Improve students’ physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and discipline.
🔹 Sports Events & Competitions
- Organize and manage inter-house, inter-school, and annual sports events.
- Prepare teams for tournaments and championships.
- Assist in Sports Day, fitness drives, and school functions.
🔹 Student Safety & Development
- Ensure safety, discipline, and fair play during activities.
- Identify and nurture talented sportspersons.
- Encourage healthy habits and positive attitudes.
🔹 Ground, Equipment & Records
- Maintain sports equipment and playground discipline.
- Keep records of participation, achievements, and inventories.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / D.P.Ed or relevant sports certification preferred
- Experience as a Sports Teacher/Coach preferred (freshers may apply)
