🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach allotted subjects to Classes XI & XII as per board guidelines.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and engaging classroom sessions.
• Use modern teaching methods, practicals, and digital tools.

🔹 Assessment & Result Improvement

• Prepare question papers, conduct tests, and evaluate answer sheets.
• Analyze results and plan remedial and enrichment classes.
• Support students in board exam and competitive exam preparation.

🔹 Student Mentoring

• Guide students academically and morally.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents during PTMs when required.

🔹 Academic Support Duties

• Maintain academic records, practical files, and internal assessments.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school academic activities.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in relevant subject
• B.Ed mandatory
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred
• Strong subject knowledge and board exam orientation
