PET (Physical Education Teacher)

🏫 About the Role

Krishna Academy is looking for an energetic, disciplined, and motivated Physical Education Teacher (PET) to develop students’ physical fitness, sports skills, teamwork, and overall well-being. The PET will be responsible for planning and conducting physical education classes, sports activities, and school-level competitions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Physical Education & Training

• Conduct regular PT periods for Pre-Primary to Senior Secondary classes.
• Teach physical exercises, yoga, drills, games, and sports skills.
• Develop students’ fitness, coordination, discipline, and sportsmanship.

🔹 Sports Program & Events

• Organize inter-house, inter-school, and annual sports activities.
• Prepare students for tournaments and athletic meets.
• Manage sports day, morning assemblies, and fitness programs.

🔹 Safety & Discipline

• Ensure student safety during physical activities.
• Maintain discipline and encourage healthy habits.
• Identify and nurture sports talent.

🔹 Sports Infrastructure & Records

• Maintain sports equipment, grounds, and inventory.
• Keep records of student participation and achievements.
• Support school functions and co-curricular programs.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Physical Education or any degree with:
  • B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / D.P.Ed (mandatory/preferred)
• Experience as a PET preferred (freshers may apply)
