🏫 About the Role

Krishna Academy is seeking a confident, well-spoken, and student-friendly Admission Counselor to manage the school’s admission process, interact with parents, and support enrollment growth. The counselor will be the first point of contact for parents and will play a key role in presenting the school’s vision, facilities, and academic strengths.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Admission & Inquiry Management

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission inquiries.
• Explain school programs, curriculum, facilities, and fee structure to parents.
• Conduct school tours and admission presentations.

🔹 Counseling & Parent Interaction

• Counsel parents and students regarding class placement and subject choices.
• Build trustful relationships with parents and resolve basic queries.
• Support during PTMs, open houses, and admission events.

🔹 Admission Process & Documentation

• Manage admission forms, student records, and document verification.
• Coordinate entrance tests/interviews and admission schedules.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

🔹 Marketing & Outreach Support

• Follow up on leads and maintain admission data.
• Support school promotion activities, seminars, and campaigns.
• Maintain daily admission reports and conversion data.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Education preferred)
• Experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer relations preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
