About the Role
Krishna Academy is looking for an energetic and concept-driven TGT Science Teacher to teach middle and secondary classes. The ideal candidate should make Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts easy, practical, and engaging for students.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach Science to Classes 6th–10th as per CBSE curriculum
- Cover Physics, Chemistry, and Biology fundamentals
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions
🔹 Practical & Activity-Based Learning
- Demonstrate experiments and simple practical activities
- Encourage scientific thinking and curiosity
- Use models, charts, and lab tools for concept clarity
- Prepare students for practical-based learning and projects
🔹 Student Development
- Support students in improving problem-solving and analytical skills
- Encourage participation in quizzes, exhibitions, and science fairs
- Provide individual guidance to improve academic performance
🔹 School Coordination
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and academic meetings
- Maintain student records, test reports, and progress updates
- Coordinate with other teachers and management
✅ Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
