🏫 About the Role
Krishna Academy is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Abacus & Reasoning Maths Teachers to strengthen students’ mental mathematics, logical thinking, concentration, and problem-solving abilities. The teacher will make maths enjoyable through activity-based and brain-development techniques.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Abacus & Mental Maths Training
- Teach abacus techniques, mental calculation, and visualization methods.
- Improve students’ speed, accuracy, focus, and numerical confidence.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, drills, and fun activities.
🔹 Reasoning & Logical Skills
- Teach verbal and non-verbal reasoning, puzzles, and brain games.
- Develop students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and competitive aptitude tests.
🔹 Student Development & Assessment
- Track student progress in speed, accuracy, and understanding.
- Conduct assessments, worksheets, and performance activities.
- Identify gifted students and provide advanced training.
🔹 Academic & School Support
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and activity modules.
- Participate in school events, competitions, and PTMs.
- Maintain academic records and student portfolios.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Graduate (Maths/Science preferred)
- Certification/training in Abacus, Vedic Maths, or Mental Maths preferred
- Teaching experience in Abacus/Reasoning is an advantage (freshers may apply)
