Krishna Academy is looking for warm, creative, and energetic PPT (Pre-Primary Trained) Teachers to nurture and educate young learners. The ideal candidate should love working with children and be able to create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Early Childhood Teaching
- Teach Nursery, LKG, and UKG students using play-way and activity-based methods.
- Develop basic skills in language, numbers, social habits, and creativity.
- Plan daily activities, rhymes, stories, games, and worksheets.
🔹 Child Development & Care
- Create a caring, safe, and hygienic classroom environment.
- Observe each child’s progress and support overall development.
- Encourage good habits, discipline, and confidence.
🔹 Assessment & Parent Coordination
- Maintain student portfolios and progress records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and participate in PTMs.
🔹 School Responsibilities
- Participate in trainings, events, celebrations, and school activities.
- Support school policies and academic planning.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- NTT / PPT / ECCE / D.El.Ed preferred
- Experience in pre-primary teaching preferred (freshers may apply)
