🏫 About the Role

Krishna Academy is inviting applications from caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic PRT Teachers for the Primary Section. We are looking for teachers who can build strong academic foundations, nurture good values, and create a joyful, effective learning environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Teaching & Learning

• Teach allotted subjects to Classes I–V as per school curriculum.
• Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based lessons.
• Use creative methods, teaching aids, and smart class tools.

🔹 Student Development

• Focus on basic concepts, reading, writing, numeracy, and life skills.
• Encourage discipline, confidence, and positive behavior.
• Identify learning gaps and provide individual support.

🔹 Assessment & Records

• Conduct regular class tests and assessments.
• Maintain student records, notebooks, and report cards.
• Communicate progress to parents during PTMs.

🔹 School & Team Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and school events.
• Support co-curricular activities, celebrations, and duties.
• Follow school policies and academic planning.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Graduate in relevant subject
• D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred
• Minimum 0–3 years of teaching experience
• Freshers with strong skills and passion may apply
